Bevel Head

FARLEY LASERLAB IS PROUD TO INTRODUCE ITS NEW BEVEL HEAD

Take the out of costly secondary operations such as grinding weld preparation with Farley Laserlab's new Zero Offset Bevel Head. This new plasma cutting bevel system is capable of cutting all bevel preparation including single, double and even tripple cut bevels such as the commin 'K' bevel prep. Farley's new Zero Offset head can also save material by cutting the 'Y' bevels without the need for a corner loop to change the torch head angle, which means parts can be nested closer together.

The head works by rotating the torch around the end of the cutting tip which means the angle of the cut can be changed without the need to offset the machine beam. This results in much simpler and faster control over the angle of the plasma. Through this new system Farley has been able to achieve excellent results such as their sharp blind bevels seen in the videos and pictures on this page.
