The Merlin machine is a high volume production plasma cutting machine. The design was a solution for a customer that needed to continuously cut small consumables without the time to unload and sort scrap material and parts. So born out of necessity was the Merlin plasma cutting system for a production line style of cutting. Automatic part and scrap removal and sorting system built in to the machine means that less operators are required and that more time is spent cutting rather than climbing all over the machine picking up thousands of small parts.
